Brookfield Business Partners-backed DexKo Global, a highly-engineered running gear manufacturer, completed the acquisition of City Spring, an Alberta-based truck and trailers parts distributor. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The diversity of the City Spring business was a key factor in this strategic acquisition.
