Mitsui & Co-backed Certis Biologicals, a biological pesticides company, completed the acquisition of Howler and Theia fungicides from AgBiome, a biotechnology company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Certis Biologicals is committed to contributing to the growing biologicals market.
