Eagle Creek Renewable Energy completed the acquisition of Lightstar Renewables from Elda River Capital and Magnetar.

Eagle Creek Renewable Energy, a renewable power projects company, completed the acquisition of Lightstar Renewables, a developer of solar farms, from private equity firms Elda River Capital and Magnetar. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased to add Lightstar’s clean energy assets and development capabilities to the Eagle Creek portfolio.
