ProAmpac to acquire UP Paper from Pritzker Private Capital.

ProAmpac, a flexible packaging company with a comprehensive product offering, agreed to acquire UP Paper, a producer of recycled kraft paper, Pritzker Private Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “ProAmpac has built an exceptional platform from which we can continue to grow our business. Together, we will have a strong portfolio of paper products and a shared commitment to excellence in customer service.
