Palex to acquire the Medical Devices and Scientific Instrumentation Distribution businesses of Werfen for €100m.

Palex, a medical devices company, agreed to acquire the Medical Devices and Scientific Instrumentation Distribution businesses of Werfen, a healthcare company, for €100m. “These businesses are deeply rooted in our company's history and, through the years, have become renowned in Spain and Portugal. I am especially pleased that in Palex, we have found an owner able to provide our employees with an opportunity to join a company that will focus on growing these businesses," Carlos Pascual, Werfen CEO.
