Palex, a medical devices company, agreed to acquire the Medical Devices and Scientific Instrumentation Distribution businesses of Werfen, a healthcare company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “These businesses are deeply rooted in our company's history and, through the years, have become renowned in Spain and Portugal.
