First Citizens Bancshares to acquire SVB Global Services India from SVB Financial Group.

First Citizens Bancshares, a bank holding company, agreed to acquire SVB Global Services India, an IT and operations group, from SVB Financial Group, a financial services holding company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
