Mycofeast to acquire Leżajsk Brewery from Grupa Żywiec.

Mycofeast, an industrial biotechnology company specializing in biomass fermentation for food and animal feed ingredients, agreed to acquire Leżajsk Brewery, a company that produces and sells beer from Grupa Żywiec, a company operating in the brewing industry. Financial terms were not disclosed.
