OTP to acquire Zagrebtower.

OTP Bank, a financial services provider, agreed to acquire Zagrebtower, an office building in the Croatian capital. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this acquisition, the Croatian real estate subsidiary of OTP will extend its presence in the commercial real estate market. In addition to its existing assets in seaside cities like Pula, Dubrovnik, Zadar, and Split, it will now also become a significant player in the capital city.
