ChampionX, a pumps and pumping equipment company, completed the acquisition of RMSpumptools, a company focused on ESP, artificial lift and subsea connector technologies, from James Fisher and Sons, a provider of specialist services to the marine, oil and gas and other global, high assurance industries, for £90m.
