EOS Partners completed the acquisition of Swibox.

EOS Partners, a private equity fund, completed the acquisition of Swibox, a provider of switch cabinets and housing solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. In addition to selling its own product lines and patented innovations, including in safety equipment, on the Swiss market, Swibox intends to market its products also internationally in the future.
