Vitale, an independent financial advisory company, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Vva Debt&Grant, an advisory company specialising in identifying and raising subsidised financing forms, from Claudio Calvani, the CEO of Vva Debt&Grant. Financial terms were not disclosed.
