Insight Equity completed the acquisition of Atmos Technologies.

Insight Equity, a private equity firm investing in lower middle-market companies, completed the acquisition of Atmos Technologies, a specialty materials company that formulates, designs, and provides customized products and application equipment to help solve performance, environmental, and sustainability challenges. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Atmos provides Insight Equity with a high-potential asset focused on two of our key investment themes – infrastructure and waste – while servicing these markets with a unique material science expertise.
