Energy Distribution Partners completed the acquisition of the propane assets of P. Gagnon & Son.

Energy Distribution Partners, a retail energy distribution company, completed the acquisition of the propane assets of P. Gagnon & Son, a family-owned heating oil, propane, and HVAC service provider.
