Pantheon to acquire World 50 from Morgan Stanley Capital Partners.

Pantheon, an investemnt firm, agreed to acquire World 50, a private community for senior executives, from Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, a capital market company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Morgan Stanley Capital Partners has been an outstanding partner over the past four years, helping solidify World 50’s position as an invaluable resource to our members, which has delivered exceptional value to them and growth for the company,” David Wilkie, World 50 former CEO and current Chairman.
