VTTI and IKAV to acquire a 70.7% stake in Adriatic LNG from ExxonMobil.

VTTI, an infrastructure group, and IKAV, an asset manager, agreed to acquire a 70.7% stake in Adriatic LNG from ExxonMobil, an oil and gas corporation. Financial terms were not disclosed.
