Luminus Management, an investment management firm, led a $19.5 Series A-3 funding round in Battalion Oil Corporation, an independent energy company engaged in the acquisition, production, exploration and development of onshore oil and natural gas properties in the United States, with participation from LSP Generation IV, LSP Investment Advisors and Oaktree Capital Group.
