Parthena Consultant Group completed the acquisition of IGSI Calliope.

Parthena Consultant Group, a consulting specialist in the market for the digitization of financial, operational and HR processes within SMEs and ETIs, completed the acquisition of IGSI Calliope, a digital transformation firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. This operation offers IGSI new perspectives and scope, as well as sustainable growth by participating in Parthena Consultant’s development project.
