Ascensus to acquire 401(k) recordkeeping business from Mutual of Omaha.

Ascensus, an American financial services company, agreed to acquire 401(k) recordkeeping business from Mutual of Omaha, organization offering a variety of insurance and financial products for individuals, businesses and groups throughout the United States. Financial terms were not disclosed.
