AgroFresh Solutions completed the acquisition of Pace International from Valent BioSciences.

AgroFresh Solutions, a post-harvest solutions provider, completed the acquisition of Pace International, a chemical manufacturer, from Valent BioSciences, a biotechnology company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition enables us to take another important step towards our vision— to be regarded by customers as the post-harvest partner of choice.
