Grupo Marilan to acquire Top Cacau.

Grupo Marilan, a manufacturer of cookies, toast and cakes, agreed to acquire Top Cacau, , a company specialized in the manufacture of chocolates. Financial terms were not disclosed. "It is a great achievement, which represents our expansion in the category of chocolates, which has great potential for growth in the national market and greater added value.
