Flacks Group, an investment firm, completed the acquisition Artemyn, the paper market serving division of Imerys, a supplier of mineral-based specialty solutions, for $400m. This strategic move marks Flacks Group’s official entry into the mining industry and significantly strengthens its diversified portfolio.
