Grupo ST completed the acquisition of Prudential Seguros from Prudential Financial.

Grupo ST, a corporate bank located in Buenos Aires, completed the acquisition of Prudential Seguros, an Argentine life and health insurance company, from Prudential Financial, an American financial services institution. Financial terms were not disclosed. Prudential selected Grupo ST to transfer its operations in Argentina, assessing its solvency, experience, track record, suitability and shared values.
