Synopsis

Megatelecom, a B2B telecom operator, agreed to acquire SAMM, a fiber optic company, from CCR, a B2B telecom operation of Brazilian infrastructure group, for $20m. “Our plan is to be a leader and we’re on the path to getting there. Today we see, in the pure B2B sector, only one company ahead of us in the market, which is Cirion,” Carlos Eduardo Sedeh, Megatelecom CEO.
