Megatelecom to acquire SAMM from CCR for $20m.

Megatelecom, a B2B telecom operator, agreed to acquire SAMM, a fiber optic company, from CCR, a B2B telecom operation of Brazilian infrastructure group, for $20m. “Our plan is to be a leader and we’re on the path to getting there.
