Miura to acquire Cleaver-Brooks from Harbour Group.

Miura, Japan’s manufacturer of industrial boilers, agreed to acquire Cleaver-Brooks, a manufacturer of boiler room products, from Harbour Group, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Miura is thrilled to join forces and team up with Cleaver-Brooks.
