New Tech Global completed the acquisition of Crescent Consulting.

New Tech Global, an oil and gas consulting service provider, completed the acquisition of Crescent Consulting, a company that provides quality contract supervision, engineering and project management services to the Oil and Gas upstream business throughout the USA.
