Duane do Brasil, a company with main activity of intermediation, agency activities and consolidadtion, completed the acquisition of Tubarão Saneamento, a company with focus on improving water supply, modernizing customer service services and implementing a sewage collection and treatment system. Financial terms were not disclosed.
