Republic completed the acquisition of GoldenChain from GoldenTree Asset Management.

Republic, an investment firm, completed the acquisition of GoldenChain, a subsiduary which manages the GoldenTree's digital assets funds, from GoldenTree Asset Management, an asset management firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to welcome GoldenChain into the Republic family.
