Snam, an Italian energy infrastructure company, agreed to acquire a 30% stake in Adriatic LNG, liquid natural gas offshore terminal. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This operation strengthens Snam's presence in LNG infrastructure, which is increasingly strategic for the security and diversification of Italy's energy supplies.
