Trustar Capital, a private equity affiliate of CITIC, completed the acquisition of Guilong Pharmaceutical, a company that manufactures and distributes pharmaceutical products. Financial terms were not disclosed. Founded in 1989, Guilong Pharmaceutical offers OTC medicines for sore throat and other throat-related ailments.
