Seven2-backed Vitaprotech to acquire security businesses from Identiv for $145m.

Seven2-backed Vitaprotech, a security solutions provider, agreed to acquire physical security, access card, and identity reader operations and assets from Identiv, a digital security and identification company, for $145m. “The Board has successfully concluded its strategic alternatives review with an outcome that we strongly believe is beneficial for all stakeholders.
