AB Dynamics completed the acquisition of Venshure Test Services for $30m.

AB Dynamics, a designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing, simulation and measurement products and services, completed the acquisition of Venshure Test Services, a provider of dynamometer-based testing services to the automotive sector in the USA, for $30m.
