AXA Investment Managers to acquire W Capital Management.

AXA Investment Managers, an investment management firm, agreed to acquire W Capital Management, a private equity firm specialising in GP-led and direct secondary investments. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to join forces with W Capital Partners, which is well-established in the US and known for its strong expertise.
