Lorience Group to acquire Biotulin Supreme Skin Gel from MyVitalSkin.

Lorience Group, a company specializing in brand-building and development of perfumes and cosmetics, agreed to acquire Biotulin Supreme Skin Gel, an international cosmetic and skin-care brand, from MyVitalSkin, a company that reinvents cosmetics and develops products with immediate effect and that on a purely herbal basis. Financial terms were not disclosed. This transaction enables Lorience Group to strengthen its position in terms of its product, channels and geographic coverage through leveraging their expertise in digital sales.
