Frontenac-backed Motion & Control Enterprises completed the acquisition of Daughtridge Sales Company.

Frontenac-backed Motion & Control Enterprises, a supplier of technical fluid power, automation, flow control, compressed air products, filtration, service, and repair solutions, completed the acquisition of Daughtridge Sales Company, a distributor of pressure and temperature instrumentation products. Financial terms were not disclosed. The company will continue to operate under the Daughtridge Sales Company name under the continued leadership of Lige Daughtridge.
