Kiwa to acquire four companies from EQS Group.

Kiwa, an internationally operating quality assurance company, agreed to acquire four companies from EQS Group, an independent service provider for the highly demanding industries, dedicated to Asset and Risk Management. Financial terms were not disclosed.
