Elisa, a Finnish telecommunications company, agreed to acquire Leanware, a Finnish provider of production, supply chain and logistics software for companies, from Korona Invest, a Finnish private equity company. Financial terms were not disclosed. ”Leanware’s software complements Elisa IndustrIQ's product portfolio, and the company’s professional staff will strengthen our ability to serve our industrial manufacturing customers internationally. Leanware will be able to grow its business internationally when we can offer their products to Elisa IndustrIQ’s more than 1,000 customers around the globe,” Henri Korpi, Elisa EVP for International Digital Services.
