Trinity Investments, Oaktree Capital Management and UBS Asset Management completed the acquisition of Park Hyatt Zurich from Hyatt Hotels.

Trinity Investments, a real estate investment firm, Oaktree Capital Management, a private equity firm, and UBS Asset Management, an investment management company, completed the acquisition of Park Hyatt Zurich, a luxury hotel from Hyatt Hotels. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This investment marks another significant milestone in the continued growth of our global hotel platform together with Trinity. We are also excited to continue our existing relationship with Hyatt with this trophy property in a market that has been historically difficult to access for international investors,” Benjamin Bianchi, Oaktree Real Estate Managing Director and Head of Europe.
