Bpostgroup completed the acquisition of Staci from Ardian for €1.3bn.

Bpostgroup, a postal operator, completed the acquisition of Staci, a logistics company, from Ardian, a private equity firm, for €1.3bn. Together, we have successfully accelerated Staci's international development and diversification, despite the Covid period.
