SAMCO completed the acquisition of ATB from Austrian Airlines.

SAMCO, an independent third party aircraft maintenance services provider, completed the acquisition of ATB, a provider of heavy maintenance services to regional aircraft operators, from Austrian Airlines, an Austrian flag carrier. Financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition marks a new chapter for ATB, bringing fresh perspectives and expertise to further strengthen ATB’s position as a provider of aircraft maintenance services. It will also create career opportunities, training and individual development tracks and is a solid basis for long term employment opportunities creating thereby a solid capacity basis.
