Vista Equity Partners completed the acquisition of Model N for $1.25bn.

Vista Equity Partners, an American private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Model N, a provider of revenue optimization and compliance for pharmaceutical, medtech, and high-tech innovators, for $1.25bn. “This is an exciting milestone in Model N’s history and a testament to the hard work of our incredible team.
