WSP, a provider of strategic advisory, engineering and design services, completed the acquisition of 1A Ingenieros, an engineering company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “As the energy transition and the drive towards carbon neutrality remain top of mind, the acquisition of 1A Ingenieros will enable us to further support our clients' growing power needs and will unlock more opportunities for WSP in this strategic sector," Alexandre L’Heureux, WSP Global CEO.
