BKM Budapest Public Utilities Nonprofit, a provider of integrated public utility services, completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in BDK Budapest Decorative and Public Lighting, a provider of public and decorative lighting services, from E.ON Hungaria, a provider of electricity and natural gas. Financial terms were not disclosed.
