Symphony Technology Group, an American private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Gresham Technologies, a mission-critical software and automation solutions provider, for £147m. “The combination of the two firms accelerates our journey to bring digital integrity, agility, operational efficiency and data confidence to financial markets globally.
