Battery Ventures-backed LI-COR Environmental, a company that makes highly engineered instrumentation systems for environmental research, agriculture, drug discovery, completed the acquisition of Onset, a developer of temperature loggers as well as a provider of applications that are used to monitor water conditions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
