Holland Capital-backed Purple Digital Storytelling, a digital storytelling software company, completed the acquisition of PLANWORX, a company specializing in innovative experience marketing. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition is a game changer for us. Looking at this from a market perspective, it allows us to serve our customers better because of our increased reach and offerings.
