InfraVia Capital Partners-backed Blue Phoenix Group, a waste recycling firm, agreed to acquire RGS Nordic, a provider of treatment and recycling of soil and construction and demolition waste in Denmark. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction enables RGS Nordic to further accelerate its methods and technologies internationally while maintaining its market-leading position in Denmark. Blue Phoenix Group will continue to support and invest in RGS Nordic's ambitious circular mindset and the vision of increasing recyclability in society.
