Fox Group completed the acquisition of HaSpa Solar Holding from HaSPA Beteiligungs and HaPe Holding.

Fox Group, an entrepreneurial, independent Hamburg-based investment company, completed the acquisition of HaSpa Solar Holding, a company involved in the development and management of solar energy projects, from HaSPA Beteiligungs, an equity investor in northern Germany, and HaPe Holding, a manufacturer of educational and environmentally friendly toys. Financial terms were not disclosed.
