Perseus to acquire a 15% stake in OreCorp from Silvercorp.

Perseus, an African-focused gold production, development, and exploration company, agreed to acquire a 15% stake in OreCorp, a development and exploration company, from Silvercorp, a China focused precious metals company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
